How do I apply online?

The complete procedure is online.
It is effortless.
Step 1. Registration at MSAT (Secondary)
Applicants are requested to log in to the MSAT (Secondary) website https://msatsecondary.com
Click in the apply now and register themselves with their active Email id and Mobile Number. Once registered applicant will be redirected to the online application form

Step 2: Fill in the basic Information:
Once applicants register at MSAT (Secondary), they can proceed with filling in their basic information.

Step 3. Payment of Application Fees:
Applicants have to pay their examination fee through a Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking or any other medium updated on the webpage.

Step 4: Fill in the academic and personal details:
Applicants have to fill in further details of his/her academic and personal details like address etc.

Step 5: Uploading of Images:
Upload the scanned copy of a recent color photograph in .jpg / .jpeg and .png format only.

Step 6: Submission of application form:
Applicants must submit their duly filled application form online by clicking the submit button. And after submitting one candidate can take the printout of the filled application.

What are the eligibility criteria for MSAT(Secondary)-2026?

For UG Program
ACADEMIC CRITERIA: The candidate must have passed the final examination of 10+2 (Class- XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination with 50% marks.

AGE LIMIT: Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st Oct. 1998 are eligible to apply for MSAT(Primary) - 2026. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates, the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years.

For PG Program:-
ACADEMIC CRITERIA: The candidate must have passed the final examination of graduation or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination with 50% marks.

How do I get password for logging in?

During the process of online registration you will generate your own password.

How can a candidate submit the application fees?

The fees can be submitted only ONLINE through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI or Paytm Services.

My power / internet connection failed during the application process, what do I do?

Please login to the Website www.msatsecondary.com again and continue the application process.

My power / internet connection failed during Online Payment. What do I do?

When you can get back online, first check the status of your payment on the MSAT (SECONDARY)-2026 on website. If the payment was received by MSAT (SECONDARY) - 2026, you can continue the process of printing the application form. If the payment was not received, you have to start with the payment step again, to complete your application.

After completing the Online Application process and generating a PDF file, will I be able to change my application data?

No, after completing all the steps (up to PDF application form generation) in the Online Application process, you can only download the Application Form and cannot modify the data. Hence, you need to be very careful while entering the information. You may also save a partially filled Application Form and login in again at a later point of time to complete and submit the Application Form; however it must be within the specified deadline.

I have missed to take a print-out of my Online Application at the end of my application process. How will I get access to it?

You can login using mobile no. and password and take a printout if you want it for your own reference.

I have a problem in uploading my photograph during the application on website. What do I do?

Please go through the Application Procedure link for exact specifications for the photograph, file. If you create the file as per the specifications, then you should be able to upload the file easily.

If My Debit / Credit Card has debited more than once in paying application form of MSAT (Secondary) How do I get the money back?

This can happen if your Bank account / Debit / Credit Card were used more than once or you pressed refresh or back / forward button of your internet browser during the application. Any unaccounted or excess money that was received on behalf of MSAT (SECONDARY) - 2026 from this account will automatically be returned (credited) to the same Bank account. Similarly, any unaccounted or excess money received from Debit / Credit Card account will be credited back to the same account.

If my application fees of MSAT (Secondary) had been deducted through my bank account , but I haven’t received confirmation SMS or mail ?

This happens because of some failure in internet transactions (including failure of internet connection at your end). As soon as possible, you must initiate a fresh payment process on the website, and make the payment again. The money that was debited (taken out) from your account in the first attempt will be credited (put back) to your Bank account. You will be charged only once. Any excess / unaccounted debits will be returned to you.

What is the selection procedure?

Selection for MSAT (SECONDARY) Scholarship shall be purely on the basis of performance in MSAT (SECONDARY)-2026 examination.
